1. Candy Bar Wrapper Purse Design (Purchase Photoshop template here and design your own purse). *EDITED TO ADD: Want this template already created? Purchase the PDF file here and add your names, info and date: EDITABLE FILE

2. Chain Links - Purchase here or find in your favorite craft store in the Beading section.

3. Hershey Candy Bar - Make sure it's 1.55 oz or your template won't fit.

4. Glue Gun - Purchase here or in your favorite craft store.

5. & 6. Tape Glider or Runner - These are my favorite adhesives. Feel free to use your favorite. You can use double-sided tape or a glue stick. ADVANCED TAPE GLIDER, ELMERS CRAFT BOND TAPE RUNNER.

7. Pliers or Snipper - You can find these in the jewelry & beading section of your favorite craft store OR purchase here.

8. Scissors - You will need these to cut out your templates.

Now, that you have all of your tools. Follow the easy steps below to make your own candy bar purse!

Step 1. Cut your template out. I opted to use my Fiskars Paper Trimmer since my almost 9 year old cuts straighter lines than I do using scissors.

Step 2. Grab your chain and estimate about how long you are going to want your bag to hang.

Step 3. Use your pliers or snipper to cut your chain. Once you cut your first piece. Use that piece as a guide to cut the rest of your chains so they are even.

**OPTIONAL - YOU MAY WRAP YOUR CANDY BARS FIRST. HERE'S WHAT I SUGGEST...CLICK THE PHOTO TO PURCHASE**

Step 4. Grab your glue gun and place just a small amount on the candy bar wrapper. There should be enough glue to press the chain into. Repeat for the other side. Make sure you are about 1/2 inch in on each side so your wrapper will cover where you glued your chain.

Step 5: Grab your cut out template and lay over your bar. Push the template through the strap/handle you've just created so it lays over where the chain is glued.

Step 6. Flip your candy bar and template over and use your adhesive to tape the template down and glue both ends down.
